The GYROKINESIS® Method is a movement practice done on stool and mat that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. Without equipment, the exercises provide a new experience, challenging your knowledge, connection, and strength. Exercises are always made accessible at every level.
Pilates Apparatus
Pilates is an exercise method that requires core stability, strength, flexibility, attention to muscle control, posture, and breathing. Pilates prioritizes quality over quantity, meaning that fewer repetitions with more accuracy can lead to better results. In your session we may use the Pilates Reformer, Wunda chair and other apparatus to complete a full body workout while addressing your needs and overall goals.
